FOSTERS HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING was originally established by Carl E. Foster in 1969. His son, Carl S. Foster, operated the company from 1972 until 1994. The current owners, Brad Nielson & Mark Morgan, started with the company in 1974 & 1976. Brad became a partner in 1977 and Mark joined him in 1986. In 1994, Mark & Brad became sole owners of the company.

Today, FOSTERS HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING, INC. is one of Linn County’s largest HVAC (heating, ventilating and air conditioning) service and installation contractors. With a commitment to excellence and a dedication to providing superior service to their clients, it’s no wonder that over 10 thousand Linn County residents have chosen Fosters as their heating and cooling company.
